IEX Websocket Hours and avoiding "Go Away" messaging

I am currently using the IEX Real-Time Websocket API.

The API operates during certain hours, but I do not know these times.

I currently have rough logic in-place to connect 5 seconds before 9:30am ET M-F, and to reconnect if it is before 4pm ET M-F on connection loss.

Works great, until I hit a market day before a holiday, when the markets close at 1pm, or the day of a holiday when the markets are not opened at all.

During these times, my client will continue to reconnect while it thinks it should be able to. Eventually the API gets annoyed and prints `Go Away`, which makes me feel guilty for abusing the API in such a way.

If only there was a RESTful endpoint that returned todays schedule, and maybe returns the schedule for a given day via some parameter mechanism {query|formdata|header}, then I would feel like a well behaved API consumer.

Does such a resource exist?
